How to Reactivate your Account

You can reactivate your Account at any time within 12 months of being deactivated. 

To reactivate your Account:

  1. Sign in to Quotient and go to Settings.
  2. At the bottom of the Settings screen, you will see your Account Name listed under 'Deactivated Accounts'.
  3. Click into the Account Name and then click 'Reactivate Account'.

If you need to, you can then update your payment information under Settings > Payment Information.
