How to Reactivate your Account

You can reactivate your account at any time within 12 months of being deactivated.

To reactivate your account:

  1. Sign in to Quotient and go to Personal Settings.
  2. At the bottom of the Personal Settings screen, you will see your account name listed under Deactivated Accounts.
  3. Click on the account name and hit Reactivate.

If you need to, you can then update your payment details under Account Settings > Billing > Payment Details.
