How to Reactivate your Account
You can reactivate your account at any time within 12 months of being deactivated.
To reactivate your account:
- Sign in to Quotient and go to Personal Settings.
- At the bottom of the Personal Settings screen, you will see your account name listed under Deactivated Accounts.
- Click on the account name and hit Reactivate.
If you need to, you can then update your payment details under Account Settings > Billing > Payment Details.
