Blocked email address

Why am I seeing a ‘blocked email address’ message on my Dashboard?

This can occur when Quotient attempts to send email to an email address that has recently bounced. This could be an email address used in Email Notifications, or when you’re trying to invite a new Team Member.

If you see this message, you can choose to:

  • Update and fix the email address wherever it’s used.
  • Once you are sure it should work, you can ‘Unblock’ it for future emails.
  • ‘Dismiss’ the message if you won’t be sending to this address in the future.
