Email error message: Not delivering to previously bounced address
An email bounced and although the email account is now working, it appears Quotient won't deliver to this email address. You may have received an error message similar to this:
Just letting you know an email was not delivered.
To: Name Example < email@example.com >
The response we got from their mail server was:
Not delivering to previously bounced address
Why has this happened?
The email address has been down/offline recently and there have been some failed attempts from Quotient to send an email to this address. This has caused the address to be blocked by Quotient.
The email only needs to be down/offline for a very short time for this to happen so it may not have even been noticeable.
How do I fix it?
