Alternative Email Address for this Account

This setting allows you to set an alternative email address for this account, i.e. an email address that is different to your sign in email address.

Your customer will be able to reply to this email address when they receive a New Quote, Follow-up, or Quote Acceptance email from you. It is also the email address where the Quote Author will receive all Quote Notifications specific to this account.

Using an alternative email address can be helpful if you operate multiple accounts for different businesses, while maintaining just one sign in email/password. Read more about working with multiple accounts.

To set up:

  1. Go to Personal Settings → Customer Facing Email Address.
  2. From the dropdown, select an alternative email address that you wish to use as your alias, and hit ‘Change’.
  3. Or… enter a new email address, hit ‘Verify’, and follow the steps.
