Quotient Ltd. (“us“, “we”, or “our”) operates quotientapp.com (the “Service”). This page informs you of our policies regarding refunds.
Unless otherwise defined in this Refund Policy, terms used in this Refund Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Service.
The Service is billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it. You may cancel your Subscription at any time by deactivating or cancelling your account in Settings > Billing Overview > Cancel Account.
If you cancel your Subscription prior the the end of your Billing Cycle, you will not be refunded for the days remaining in your current Billing Cycle.
After you cancel your Subscription, so long as your account remains deactivated (or if your account was cancelled), you will not be billed again.
We offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time (“Free Trial”).
You are not required to enter your billing information when you sign up for the Free Trial.
If you do enter your billing information during the Free Trial period, you will not be charged by Quotient Ltd. until the Free Trial has ended. Unless you cancelled your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fee for the type of plan you are on, the day after your last day of the Free Trial period.
As Subscriptions are billed in advance, except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.
