Offering a host of purpose-built venue options, Haven Venue Hire has been cleverly designed to cater to any occasion - big or small.

Each of our function spaces have been engineered with linked rooms that allow for configuration that expand or reduce in size based on your needs, facilitating anywhere from 50 up to 1500 guests perfectly.

Our built in, state of the art audio visual facilities and in-house tech specialists take the leg-work out of coordinating your presentations - just plug and play.

Our partnership with local event management team, Happen Events, is available should you need help organizing anything, and Waters Edge restaurant on the ground floor caters to any food and beverage requirements you may have with fresh, refined food options for any function.

Sitting right on the lake, surrounded by mature trees and lush foliage, the views from every vantage point are private and stunning.

Lakeview Exhibition Hall hire

Our premier conference space, the Lakeview Exhibition Hall can comfortably host hundreds of delegates. With a range of seating configurations to suit any occasion, whether you’re hosting a business conference, seminar, or awards event, the hall will be kitted out accordingly to ensure the best experience for your guests.

All of our spaces are air conditioned for maximum comfort, no matter the weather, and lit tastefully depending on the needs of your event - no more headache-inducing fluorescent strip lights!

We also include high speed wireless internet for all event attendees.

Entrance to the hall is through an attached breakout room, with built in food station, beverage bar, and lake-facing balcony - perfect for refueling with high quality food and drink, and refreshing clean air.

Audio visual services

Each event package includes audio visual services catered to your unique requirements. Our facilities are kitted out with the latest equipment guaranteeing the highest quality experience, no matter what your event requires.

We also have in-house tech specialists on site for all events, so should any need for troubleshooting arise, a resolution will be swift and smooth.


  • Hi-fi audio system and PA specifically designed for the space, including speakers placed optimally throughout the hall
  • Wireless or lapel microphone for maximum mobility during the event
  • HD projector and large screen for any slides, branding, or videos you want to display

Our in-house tech specialists also take care of all audio visual equipment loading and unloading, saving you time and effort. All audio visual equipment will be set up by our team, ready for whoever is hosting your event.

Guests: 250 people

Provided by our award winning Waters Edge restaurant, all of your food and beverage needs are effortlessly catered to.

A selection of freshly prepared, delicious hors d’oeuvres will be delivered to the breakout room just before each of your event’s scheduled break times. This selection will include options for meat eaters, vegetarians, and those requiring gluten-free or keto-friendly foods.

Each of our breakout rooms also include a full bar with an array of fresh juices, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic drinks on offer.

A final menu for all food and beverage supplied for your event will be provided for your approval one week before your event.

Following acceptance

We will be in touch within 24 hours to discuss the date/s of your event, as well as discussing any important times relating to your booking - when you can expect details of your menu, when you can arrive on the day of your booking, what times you’d like to schedule breaks throughout the day, and the time you will need to leave by.

If you have any questions or special requests relating to your booking, please let us know so we can best cater to your requirements.

Our guarantee

We guarantee that our staff will provide the very best service to you and your guests in all matters related to your event - from event planning and administration, to food and beverages served during your event, to the services of our wait staff and venue ushers.

Should you be anything but totally delighted with our services, we will work with you to remedy whatever issues you may have, to your total satisfaction.

Payment terms and conditions

  • A deposit payment of 20% is required to secure your booking.
  • The remaining total is due in full at the end of your event.
  • Payment is accepted with thanks via credit, check, or online bank transfer.
  • If paying via online bank transfer, please include your quote number and company name/surname as reference.
  • All equipment and props used for your event remain the property of the vendor, Haven Venue Hire.
