Initial consultation

Each wedding is different to the next, so as a first step, you’re invited to our offices for a free half hour consultation to meet with the DJ you’ll be working with, and to discuss requirements and preferences of your booking.

During this consultation we will cover:

  • Genres, artists, albums, and songs you’d like included on your special day
  • A broad overview of timelines involved in your booking (ie. soft music for dinner starting at 5pm, dancing music following dinner from 7pm)
  • What equipment will be used, where and when this would be set up at your venue

Wedding day DJ services

On the day of your booking, the DJ you were matched with will arrive no less than 1 hour prior to your event in order to set up all equipment, test sound gear, and ensure all is working as required.

  • Price is inclusive of travel time
  • Price includes 6 hours of service (including 1 hour set up and soundcheck)
  • Additional time is charged at 200.00 per hour.

Save time and money, and hire one of our state of the art wedding photobooths!

Complete with fun props and printable photostrips for your guests, our photobooths capture the energy of your special day, and send all guests home with a great keepsake.

Your photobooth will be manned by one of our trained staff, to ensure your guests get the best photobooth shots possible.

After accepting your quote

We will contact you within 24 hours of acceptance to discuss the best time for you to come in for your initial consultation. The major perk of visiting our offices is getting to see and experience our top of the line equipment before your big day.

Alternatively, if it’s more convenient for us to meet you at your home, we’re happy to do so.

Payment and Terms

We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking, with the balance due no less than 7 days prior to your booking date.

Payment can be made via all cash, major credit cards, check, or online funds transfer.

If making payment via online funds transfer, please use your quote number and last name as payment reference.
