Workmanship and material guarantees

We guarantee a turnaround time of 15 business days from quote acceptance to completion of work. In the rare case that your job exceeds this timeframe, we will discount your total bill by 5% each day.

Our workmanship is guaranteed for 10 years from the installation date, and materials are supported by a comprehensive manufacturer’s guarantee.

Should there be any issues with either the workmanship or materials used, we will remedy this within 3 business days - free of charge.

Payment terms and conditions

• We require a deposit of 20% to secure your booking and materials
• The balance is due 20 days following completion of work
• Payment is accepted with thanks via cash, credit, check, or online funds transfer
