The system was demonstrated in our school and delivered by their experience technician Billy who answered all our questions and concerns, absolutely brilliant, they are the go to people for Radio.

Am worried with the pace of support. The downtime of a service must never be experienced in a Broadcasting Environment. We are moving to Phase two of acquiring the Live Studio Myriad 5 on air systems for our two stations which we are working on the specifications. It will be more involving but the response of problem resolution should be fastened. At the Moment Andrew Burns is the only Engineer who I have interacted with and whenever he is scheduled in remote engineering sessions we wait until he is available. We need quicker response to emergencies.

They were very patient helping me set up the original Streambox to broadcast live football and cricket and then move to the software encoder. When the 1st Streambox failed ; they replaced it no bother .
Real people on the end of the phone to help kill a pre show panic . Just what you need to get you on air and keep you broadcasting .
