So far, so amazing. Phil Matthews is very experienced and brings everything into lay terms, practical business applications on-tap with the right amount of character and good humor. BroadcastRadio is the high beam laser at the end of the long dark tunnel we have endured for too long from their competition (the un-mentionable, 'Scottish company' / 'Fisher-Price' platform that has nearly cost us our livelihood and...lives).

I have worked with Broadcast Radio since 2012 as a user of their products. I've always found the products excellent, and the support given second to none. The pricing, certainly for our non profit organisation has always been reasonable and has made high quality professional broadcasting software accessible to our volunteers at our radio station.

We have only been with BroadcastRadio for a short period but, I must say during that time I have experienced amazing support from the BR team in all aspects using Myriad V6 Anywhere Pro. We have used many play-out software packages over the past 10 years and nothing compares to Myriad V6 in my opinion. BR is always on top of new cutting edge updates and always there for the customer. Thanks to BR and Myriad V6 the station is operating at a level of top performance and our listeners notice the difference daily. Thank you!

They managed to build a solid and growing platform and Myriad is greatly benefitting off of robust, lightwieght and above all solid codebass and growing features. Above all, what makes broadcast radio a competitive player in the radio industry is not only their technology but also how they handle their approach towards clients. You ask questions where you need to ask them, you figure stuff out where you can. There's no pushing or rushing to buy their product. You have time to experience them and make up your own mind. After searching for a good, affortable and reliable product, I'm glad I found this.

We had a blank page when choosing a playout system way back in 2002 when we visited the SBES at the NEC - having looked at all systems exhibiting we opted for Myriad V2....
Over the years we have loved Myriad and then moved to V3. We often reviewed what other products were available and if we should change....
But we kept coming back to Myriad. Why? Well the system itself delivers... it is both Presenter friendly AND Engineer friendly! What a result :o
But what really is a game changer is the personal support you receive where the support staff know your name, they know your station and they actually have a passion for serving the client.
And finally the product itself is forever developing with the features being added due to regular and direct engagement with the users. Many of these features are 'included' improvements and not expensive add-ons. This would not happen with a large provider. The suite of software integrates brilliantly and with the Anywhere versions, remote working and multi site operations is just the norm.
We have not regretted opting for Myriad back in 2001 and equally are just as enthusiastic about the product now we are on the brilliant V6.

The saying, "you get what you pay for" comes mind. First class service, high quality streaming and support. I also use myriad v6 for a community station and its got to be at the top of your list. The staff are brilliant, very approachable and they deal with any issues. So if your in the market to start or upgrade your radio station then please call them first. I have tried many other platforms and nothing comes to par with broadcast radio. Thanks guys keep up the good work and be proud of the service you provide, i know from me it is most appreciated.

I've been in the business 30 years, I've seen and used several systems. Broadcast Radio products have grown massively over that time. I dont often have to deal with Support teams, but when I did, the back up was incredible

Hi Liam and team. Thank you for setting up our system. I am very worried about getting it on air whereby my office PC is not seeing my home studio etc.
I need to set up the clocks place some ads and create an automatic link for FSN news to play at the top of the hour plus I have links sent to me which arrive in my dropbox and those links and items play through the day. The current system i'm using SAM Broadcst automatically picks these up and plays those links through the day.
I was also told that Myriad 6 is coming soon whereby both machine can sync with each other, when will that happens please.
Finally, do I still need the extra licence.
