SourceFM have recently taken on the BR app. I have to say, that all the people involved in the process were great... could not have been more helpful. The app itself is a massive asset to the radio station, and we see it extending our listenership and making us a lot more professional. The BR team have always been there when we have reached out to them for Myriad questions. Myriad is a brilliant piece of software, very well written and very well supported. So glad we went with these guys!

I've always loved using Myriad for it's intuitive layout and operating system which makes it great to use and a solid platform. Easy to navigate and use as well as empowering the presenter/producer/journalist and keeping the wonder of wireless fun and exciting.

It has not been a totally positive experience buying an AEQ product as a reseller, it would have been helpful to have a delivery charge included when we asked about pricing

I have worked with Broadcast radio for more than 10 years. I've always found the products work well and do exactly what they say on the box and more... The pricing for organizations such as mine has been very reasonable and the support first rate. Nothing is too much trouble and the engineers have always managed to sort out any problems or answer difficult questions. Come the Covid crisis, the speed at which they innovated and produced a product to allow seamless remote live broadcasting was most impressive. I believe they beat the opposition into the ground with this. I would unhesitatingly recommend this company to any broadcaster needing software to run their radio station.

I have to say that the Myriad playout system knocks spots off others out there. The ease of use and the 'kind on the eyes' layout makes it even better. The support team is always there to help in a fast and efficient time, not like the others where you have to wait for hours or even days. Myriad is beyond doubt the best radio playout system on the market, backed up with a 100% support system. Keep up the good work.

Our Hospital Radio had a problem with our PC, after arranging a day and time your engineer fixed the issue quickly via remote access. He was very helpful and patient talking me through anything I had to do from our end.

Broadcast Radio literally saved our station before it even started! Due to major issues with our previous supplier, these guys stepped in & saved the day! The attention to detail in everything they do is amazing! The software itself, we have to be honest is a little intimidating to start with, but they supply very good training videos to help you get used to it and it does become a lot easier!
Special mention to Billy Billany, our first contact with Broadcast Radio, answered every single question we had and really helped us out answering what must of seemed like 100's of questions! Also a special mention to the Tech Team, absolutely amazing and incredibly patient people too! We cannot recommend this company enough, even though we have not launched yet, the confidence we have moving forward with these guys is immense!
Beware of cheap imitation music curation companies pretending to offer you radio station services! If you want proper radio station software, that is professional and does everything that it says it can do, then these guys are the ones to contact! Going with any other provider is simply the wrong choice!

They are friendly, quick to reply, and very knowledgeable. They have great products that have helped us grow our station. I also find their library of online training videos and manuals very useful. The build quality of the SRMv2 and the other things they installed is amazing too. Great work
