Apple FM in Taunton has used Broadcast Radio for about 20 years now, from our beginnings as a Hospital Radio Station, to being the FM Community Radio Station we now are. We couldn't imagine using any other Radio Station software than Myriad, because it simply does exactly what any serious radio station needs it to do, and with such stability too.
Never been let down with Customer Service or Technical Support, ever! Always been there for us when we have needed them, and has always been happy to go the extra mile for us when they can. We know we can trust them with our station's needs.

Very approachable and friendly, have been dealing with them for more than 10 years and still am! Their technology has moved along in line with the world. Started with Myriad 3 and recently moved to 6. They are trustworthy, which matters in how I live my life.

I would just like to give my review about Broadcast Radio and the Myriad product. I have used Myriad for many years now and I would like to say that its a very slick product that really packs a punch. Everything is covered from a bedroom radio station to a professional FM/DAB online radio station. Excellent tutorial videos are available and the product just makes sense. We have used other playout software in the past but Myriad is rock solid and very easy to use whether it be recording links or doing live shows. Having the option to allow presenters to log in with different permissions to allow them to record shows or do LIVE shows is so easy. On our radio station we use the CLOUD version which saves us having to host the software on our machines. No downtime if the internet goes down or a PC crashes or Windows wants an update. Not all features are in the CLOUD version as you would get in the desktop version but it doesn't stop us producing great radio and the system is being upgraded to include features regularly. What makes Broadcast Radio stand out for us is the customer service which the company gives us, quick replies to our messages and questions about the system. If we find something we would like Myriad to do, the team look into this and try to include the change in a new upgrade. No question is too silly or small from the team and they are always there for us. 11 out of 10 for customer service. I wish other companies were like this. recently salisbury radio found itself in the market for a new play out system. time and time again friends and colleagues from other stations kept extolling the virtues of Myriad, so naturally i gave them a call. in the first instance, compared to some other companies i was also chatting with, the team at Myriad were quick to respond to questions and were particularly helpful. at the point that we decided that this was the right option for us, they were very quick to provision our dedicated server and we were up and running in no time. like any new system, we had lots of questions on operating the new software, some of which were things we just couldn't work out, some of which proved to be totally obvious, however what ever the question, the tech team were always both quick and happy to help. honestly from a radio station management point of view, this transition has been as pain free as moving play out systems can be and that is mainly down to the lovely team at Myriad.
