The installers were great and did a good job. I was not really happy with the large sliding door block out curtain. I wish you had suggested something else for this large sliding door. Its a heavy curtain and to pull it across to close it, you have to pull it by the curtain. If I rent it out one day, people are going to grab it with dirty hands and the curtain will always look dirty. The bedroom blinds were to be installed, but they had the wrong tracks. I was not going to review because I did not want to tell you how disappointed I am. Partly my fault and partly yours. I am not going to post this in the public review.

Vinyl floor tiles - laid for us at a rental property. The shop at Nowra were easy to liaise with from interstate and attended the job promptly within a constricted time frame. The floor looks very nice, unfortunately there were no spare tiles left over, which I had expected in order to replace the odd tile in the future if it is damaged - the ability to do this was the main reason I chose vinyl tiles - it seems now I will have to pay a further $200 for a box or take a risk and hope they don't stop making them in the future. So just makes sure when the floor area is calculated that includes some extra tiles.
