I am really impressed with the professionalism that Flooring XTra of South Nowra recently displayed at all stages when we asked them to help us replace our ageing carpets.
They took time to walk us through our options and clearly know their products well. They scheduled the job within a reasonable time and communicated well throughout the work. They showed up when scheduled and left the job clean and tidy each day when working in our home.
They consulted early when the struck unexpected issues and were very constructive in finding solutions.
The final outcome is excellent. The finish is highly professional.
We have no hesitation in recommending Flooring Xtra at South Nowra to anyone looking for professional flooring work.

I had a vinyl plank floor installed in my unit in July. It covers 2 bedrooms, hall way and Lounge-dining area on a concrete floor. Jody was very helpful and friendly, always answered my questions and calls during the duration from the carpet being ripped up to the floor being fully installed. The workers came on the days as promised to take the carpet away as well as installation. Jody and his team was very cooperative when I tried to get the floor work and the wall-painting of the unit done at the same time. After nearly five months, the floor looks good, no lifting of edges or other problem. I had sought quotes from another company in Nowra. That quote was higher and the salesman was not very friendly or helpful in meeting my budget. I will recommend Flooring Xtra because of the good service and experience I had with them. Thanks to the great people at Flooring Xtra Nowra and a Merry Christmas to you all.

I am very happy with the vinyl flooring I have had laid. the guys who laid the flooring were professional at all times. Although it took 2 days they explained exactly why as it was anticipated to only take a day.

Vinyl flooring came up good but took sometime to clean off flooring glue from planks, kitchen cupboards and door frames, the guys were rushed with extra work else were and maybe this contributed to the finish.

The carpet is poor with very obvious marks- possibly caused by a hot iron or maybe a manufacturing defect. There’s thick glue residue on our freshly painted skirting boards and the carpet pattern is very obviously not square to the walls. All in all pretty poor. :(

While the error made during installation was small and of no great concern the follow up to fix was totally unacceptable.
We were told there was at least a two-week time period to get another pack of the flooring. Wrong was eventually fixed many weeks later with leftovers after many unreturned calls and a couple of visits to the Nowra store.
While in store on our last visit we were promised a specialist in our problem (even introduced to him) but he was not sent this combined with the unkept promise to call and keep us up to date left us unsatisfied with this company and we have certainly let those around us know this.

My carpet was laid yesterday 18/6 ordered and my 50% deposit paid on the 6/5. The men that laid my carpet said Jordy would contact me about the scotia when it would be done but as yet have not heard from the company.
