From the first time we went to Flooring Xtra we were treated professionally and courteously. Staff arrived to quote and lay the carpet on time. They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite. The ladies in the office were also very helpful.

Our job was booked to be done over 2 days. Day 1 of laying did not go quite to plan, and we were, to put it mildly, extremely disappointed. HOWEVER, Nowra Flooring could not have been more apologetic or helpful in ensuring the job was completed on Day 2. They took our concerns seriously and set about remedying the situation so that we walked away very happy customers. How a business deals with problems in my mind shows the strength of the business, and the manager of Nowra Flooring and his staff did that very well.

We recently had FlooringXtra remove an existing tile floor and replace it with a floating laminate floor. After a few hiccups with floor removal, the new floor was laid quickly and efficiently, and we are extremely happy with the result.

An all round great experience with Flooring Xtra .
They took the time explaining flooring choices, the pros and cons of different types of flooring. The prices were very competitive and given in a written quote, exactly what we would get, no hidden extras.
Once we put a deposit down, our day for laying of the floor was booked and the team turned up exactly on the time/days they advised they would.
We would happily use Flooring Xtra again and recommend them to others

The guys were very helpful when laying the floor but it would have been a good idea to let us know beforehand that they were going to use the sander so we could cover things to avoid the dust. Otherewise the service from all at Flooring Xtra was good
