Staff were helpful & made the process easy for us. Absolutely love the floor they helped us pick out and laid for us. Very reasonable priced also. I would certainly use Nowra Flooring Xtra again.

Great service from start to finish. Found advice in the showroom to be fantastic, being flexible on dates for laying really helpful. The layers were professional and did a great job. Would highly recommend.

I found dealing with Jordy very easy. We picked carpet for 3 bedrooms then changed our mind to another carpet close to when job was to be done but that wasn’t a problem. Carpet was installed on time, a very neat job.

Terrible communication and service. They failed to turn up for installation on the agreed date without any communication to advise, despite it being known in advance of the date. Quite annoying to empty a room of furniture only to have to put it all back again. Not to mention sitting around for half a day waiting for an install that was never going to happen. To be fair, immediate refund was given after I totally lost faith in the company. No offer to compensate, however, which I probably would have considered rather than start from scratch with a new order from a different local business. I would not recommend this company.
