Terrible communication and service. They failed to turn up for installation on the agreed date without any communication to advise, despite it being known in advance of the date. Quite annoying to empty a room of furniture only to have to put it all back again. Not to mention sitting around for half a day waiting for an install that was never going to happen. To be fair, immediate refund was given after I totally lost faith in the company. No offer to compensate, however, which I probably would have considered rather than start from scratch with a new order from a different local business. I would not recommend this company.

We were very impressed with the professional service from the staff and the friendliness and courtesy shown to us. It was wonderful having Adam and his coworkers her for the week. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Would highly recommended this company.

We couldn't believe how quick easy and affordable brand new premium carpet could be. So very happy with the job Flooring Xtra did on the house we were selling we HAD to call them in to work their magic on our new house too. Highly recommend these guys.

Quoted and paid 50% deposit in early May, was told the product would be available in mid June. Then no contact until today, 2nd August, asking for a review. One star is probably too many.

Job was completed on time and floors looks fabulous. A couple of spots needed reglueing but this was addressed and corrected quickly. Workmen did not leave any rubbish behind.

Nowra Flooring Xtra installed 20mm French Grey floating floor through our home. The whole experience from Arron at the showroom to Dan and Nick[ I hope i remembered your names correctly] who installed the flooring was First Class.Arron at the showroom talked us through each product that we were interested in, told us the pros and cons of each of those products and let us decide which one would suit our home, we made an appointment for a measure and quote and Arron was there on the dot on that day which unfortunately wasn't the case with some other flooring companys within the area, he arrived measured up left and I had the quote that afternoon.The professionalisms and punctuality continued with Dan and Nick who did the installation, THEY WERE FANTASTIC, polite respectful and great tradesmen who obviously new what they were doing, our home had a few different levels which they married in seamlessly, they cleaned up after each day and made the whole experience as least disruptive as possible. The finished product has totally transformed the look and feel of our home.so if your considering getting any type of flooring I Would highly recommend Nowra Flooring Xtra.To the people at Nowra Flooring Xtra thanks again and sorry for the late review but we are still flat out with the Reno

What impressed us was that we received a phone call as to when the personnel would be at the property and kept to time on every occasion.
