Nowra Flooring Xtra were extremely helpful and had product expertise. There was slight damage to a couple of boxes which were replaced quickly with no hassle to us.
Great company to deal with.
Would use them in the future.

I had requested that my old carpet be taken up, but they didn’t and laid the new carpet over the top. I called the office and left a message expressing my dissatisfaction and no one called me back. The carpet itself is fine. I am just not happy about the old carpet being left there. I bought new carpet because I didn’t want that grubby old carpet, so why would I be happy to have my new clean carpet laid on top? As a result I will be using someone else for future installs.

From our initial enquiry until final payment our association with Flooring Extra ran as smooth as our floor. From quote to laying the service was on time, communication was clear and the job was well done. The floor looks good and what they said would be done was done to standard and on time. We were kept in the picture about what would happen, when it would happen and how it would happen - and it happened that way. The ‘layers’ were a courteous and efficient team and created an amazing new look upon completion. We would recommend Nowra Flooring Extra for the quality of the finish.

I found dealing with Jordy very easy. We picked carpet for 3 bedrooms then changed our mind to another carpet close to when job was to be done but that wasn’t a problem. Carpet was installed on time, a very neat job.
