This is the third job we have used Flooring Xtra for, after bedroom carpeting and bathroom flooring. This job was a major floorspace which needed vinyl planking over tiles that we cracking and lifting. The job did not go to plan, with the under floor timber warping and lifting, but the company relaid in from scratch without any dramas. The team laying the floor were professional and courteous. The team in the office are friendly and knowledgable. We wouldn't go anywhere else for flooring and this experience has actually reinforced that - the sign of great customer service isn't just when everything goes well, it's when things go badly and it's dealt with well.

The sales person was not pushy but advises us on the best economical way to go.

I had requested that my old carpet be taken up, but they didn’t and laid the new carpet over the top. I called the office and left a message expressing my dissatisfaction and no one called me back. The carpet itself is fine. I am just not happy about the old carpet being left there. I bought new carpet because I didn’t want that grubby old carpet, so why would I be happy to have my new clean carpet laid on top? As a result I will be using someone else for future installs.

From quote to laying the service was on time, communication was clear and the job was well done. The floor looks good and what they said would be done was done to standard and on time. We were kept in the picture about what would happen, when it would happen and how it would happen - and it happened that way. The ‘layers’ were a courteous and efficient team and created an amazing new look upon completion. We would recommend Nowra Flooring Extra for the quality of the finish.
