The initial measurement and quote went well, from there on, everything else went south! There was a delay of 2 weeks from the date provided for installation. When the blinds arrived to be installed, the correct brackets were missing and one of the blinds had been incorrectly sized and was 300mm too short. Another month went by before a new replacement was given and it was missing a slat. This slat to date has not been provided nor have I received correspondence from Flooring Extra? The process has now be going on since 17th April and it is now August?
Although, the staff were always friendly.

The staff are all friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. They guided us through a number of options to fit within our budget and the final outcome is wonderful. The team that laid the floors did an amazing job and left the place very clean. It only took a quick mop and wipe down before the furniture could be moved back in. They booked us in quickly on a timeframe that suited us, and the installers were absolutely phenomenal. It was not an easy job, but their time, care and attention to detail was so appreciated.
