The initial measurement and quote went well, from there on, everything else went south! There was a delay of 2 weeks from the date provided for installation. When the blinds arrived to be installed, the correct brackets were missing and one of the blinds had been incorrectly sized and was 300mm too short. Another month went by before a new replacement was given and it was missing a slat. This slat to date has not been provided nor have I received correspondence from Flooring Extra? The process has now be going on since 17th April and it is now August?
Although, the staff were always friendly.

We were recommended Flooring Xtra Nowra by friends who were extremely happy with their floors. From the initial contact to the final product we couldn't be any happier. The staff are all friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. They guided us through a number of options to fit within our budget and the final outcome is wonderful. The team that laid the floors did an amazing job and left the place very clean. It only took a quick mop and wipe down before the furniture could be moved back in. They came to our business with all the samples and was so patient with us as we took our time making our final choice. They booked us in quickly on a timeframe that suited us, and the installers were absolutely phenomenal. It was not an easy job, but their time, care and attention to detail was so appreciated.

We have been very pleased with our dealings with Aaron and the team. Their pricing was very competitive, their service friendly and helpful and ultimately the completed jobs beautiful.
Appointments were attended on time and we found the whole experience very easy.

They did a good job with laying the floor but cut a door jamb without telling me, instead of letting me remove and reset it. I was 5 metres away.... When I wanted a call back to explain what had been done, so I could fix it, I got silence.

There was a small levelling issue with our floor, however their support service was fantastic, and they were able to fix it so quickly, which really impressed me. When measured up for quote ....we were having both hard and carpet flooring butting up to each other .......we were told that the layers would bring samples of edging for us to choose
when the booking was made for the lay of the carpet I reminded the store that we needed some samples of edging to choose from.The layers said they were not told and that they had another employee that would bring some samples home the next day....well a week went by and no samples were seen.WE don't go to Nowra very often so made a special visit to the store.The gentleman was very helpful, he was the original guy who did the quote. He need up giving us the rewired edging which made up for all of the Inconvenience.
