Jordy and Aron listened to what we wanted and then advised the best way to meet our needs. (This was important as we were laying Vinyl planks over tiles as well as transiting from a carpeted room to the tile area and I did not want to have to deal with a 10mm step down. I also wanted to remove the skirting boards and place on top of the new flooring)
The guys that laid the new flooring arrived when they said they would and carried out the work in a timely manner. Their workmanship was excellent, and we are very happy with our new flooring.

We originally were going to go Hybrid floors, but Jordy explained how Vinyl would be better for our kids, pets and home. Which I am so glad we did go with Vinyl! The quote was about $4,500 cheaper going with Flooring Xtra compared to bigger companies. Plus they had an exact colour we wanted.
Then when we gave them the approval to go with their quote. They got everything in within a week, and they installed it all within two weeks of us giving them the go.
The guy "Teddy" and his apprentice was super friendly, professional and got the flooring installed very quickly and efficienctly. We are so happy with the outcome and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Flooring Xtra Nowra.

The initial measurement and quote went well, from there on, everything else went south! There was a delay of 2 weeks from the date provided for installation. When the blinds arrived to be installed, the correct brackets were missing and one of the blinds had been incorrectly sized and was 300mm too short. Another month went by before a new replacement was given and it was missing a slat. This slat to date has not been provided nor have I received correspondence from Flooring Extra? The process has now be going on since 17th April and it is now August?
Although, the staff were always friendly.
