The guy who came to measure was super professional and prompt. I accepted the quote right away. Unfortunately, I could only visit the showroom on the weekend, which closed early on Saturday, so I went to Choices as they were open when I was available.

They worked together with us, so our renovation went to plan and nobody was delayed. Works were completed and the finish was amazing. It was a pleasure working with flooring xtra and I would definitely recommend them.

your product choice. And when I found the flooring I chose was not what I thought it would look like (not let laid though), they were reassuring and resolved this so quickly. They really care about the customer being happy with their choice. Sam and Nick are a great team too, they did a great job removing all the old flooring.
