OGO is a good organisation to deal with. They are efficient and friendly. I had some issues with my new trailer and returned it for first service. Marty was good to deal with. Most were resolved. The RHS lights are still not working as much as I try to get them going. The trailer is otherwise great.

My wife and I purchased our Iconn E2 through this business in November 2021 and picked it up directly from the manufacturer in early May 2022. In their role as an agent for Lifestyle Campers, OffGrid did a good job of keeping us informed of the build progress and were amenable to the changes we requested along the way. Darren and his team were keen to ensure that we would get the best out of our E2. I felt that they were sometimes hamstrung in this area by the manufacturer not being as forthcoming as one would expect them to be and this opinion seems to be reflected by other owners who have tried dealing directly with Lifestyle Campers which is such a shame as they do have a very good product. We would be happy to have further dealings with OffGrid in the future and would recommend them to others.

I bought a Patriot X3 last year. I'm delighted with the X3 and with the service from OffGrid Outfitters. They were terrific during and after the buying process. I had to call Martin Andersen a couple of times when I failed to recall some procedures, and he was always super responsive and helpful. The guys at the shop fixed a couple of minor issues during the first service, and they were also great to deal with. In all, I'm happy with the excellent service provided so far.

Well run through handover, only negative is the trailer was not fully charged when we picked it up and the heater had very little diesel in the tank. Little things I know, but when you're spending $80k you expect the little to be to done.

Annelise put our minds at rest with completing the purchase and payment arrangements, and Jaden took care of the handover and gave us a really helpful run through of all the camper features on that memorable day when we picked it up. Really happy with the camper. Its amazing and meets all our camping needs in a convenient unit that is easy to tow, set up and pack down.
