Any questions or concerns we have regarding our EVO has always been answered in a timely manner.
This is our second purchase from these guys and maybe one day we will be back for an R2/R4.
We just love our EVO and I’m pleased they listened to customers concerns/requests about installing a full size door as it really does make a wonderful difference to the camper

Darren and Annelise have been professional and easy to deal with. Ordered Reconn R2 Elite late 2020, now waiting anxiously for a confirmed delivery date. Their service operation at Smeaton Grange is also good; I've been happy with my experiences there. Having some frustration obtaining clear information from Lifestyle Camper Trailers via OffGrid re: expectations on trailer delivery timing. Frustration is with Lifestyle not OffGrid. Overall happy at this point, will be happier still when I know exactly when I can expect to pick up my order.

I wanted to put 5 star but we had a few teething problems, so in reality give them 4.5 star not 4 star. Our issue were more associated with the Patriot X3 build rather than a reflection of OffGrid. As we are travelling for 8 months with the X3 we had a few teething problems but OffGrid were quick to respond. We required a leak in the water plumbing to be fixed. Although Patriot do not have an agent in Hobart OffGrid found someone to fix it for us. We then had an issue with a leaking coolant from the Hebasto system. We were then in Alice Springs. Once again no agent for Patriot in Alice so we found our own repairer. Offgrid were happy to cover the cost of the repair under warranty. We also had to repair an arm on the awning and they posted spares out to us. Overall great after service and communication.
Where they lost half a star was from the gas stove hose not provided at handover and an issue with supplying a bike rack. They quickly responded to the broken awn knuckle and posted us one. The other issue is we ordered a bike rack with the X3 and Off Grid were not aware until a week prior to pick up that the bike rack they sold us did not fit the X3. We found our own solution to this but has been a hassle throughout our trip.
Overall well done OffGrid but as you know it is the detail that counts and you guys responded to every issue we had.

Having researched online it was great to find Offgrid Outfitters local to further check out the Lifestyle Campers. This was made easier with Darren's knowledge and patience in the many questions we had. After the sale, Offgrid kept us fully up to date with production with informative emails from Annelise. And on handover, Jayden was all too happy to show us the new Iconn Evo setup. I can not fault the sales or service of Offgrid and we are very happy to have them here in our local area for future services on our new hypercamper. Thanks guys!

My experience with the purchase of my camper was very pleasant I must say.
Darren had great knowledge of the product he is selling and very patient with all questions that were asked of him.
Darren always returned phone calls or emails when he said he would and in a timely manner which was pleasing I must say.
My overall experience with Darren was great and I think he is a great asset to the off grid Outfitters business.

Never have I wanted to hug a middle-aged male more than the day I picked up our Reconn R2 from Darren. If it wasn't for Covid 19 it would have been a day seared in Darren's memory (for better or worse). Darren was super helpful throughout the process and a pleasure to deal with.

We purchased a Lifestyle Iconn camper in July last year, and the service and advice we received from Darren & the others at Off Grid Outfitters was absolutely first rate. We included several upgrades to our camper as a result of their advice, and are extremely happy with the result, and with the overall quality of the product. OffGrid Outfitters are a helpful and experienced dealer of high-quality Camper Trailers and Hybrid Campers. It's clear they're experienced in off-road touring and share a passion for it. Service is excellent and having dealt with them from Regional NSW, they went the 'extra mile' to accommodate specific needs in terms of travel arrangements for inspection and pick-up etc. They have capacity, skill, and authorisation to carry out modifications and repairs to the Campers they sell, as well as a high-quality range of related off-road accessories that come with great advice.

Ryan and the team at Offgrid Outfitters have been massively helpful. I purchased our first camper trailer (patriot X1-H) via OGO in January 2021 and the service has been excellent. As someone new to trailer tents the team have made everything as easy as possible and the trailer is now undergoing its first 1000km service via Ryan and OGO. Any question isn't an issue (I ask a lot of questions) and I highly recommend their service. They are transparent, helpful, professional and eager for you to get out and enjoy the trailer.
