Very happy with the support and guidance that Stephen has provided us with our decision making process. Right from the first engagement at the caravan show to viewing the models in the Smeaton Grange show room we were impressed with the service we were afforded. Even though we chose a brand that was new to OffGrid, Stephen sort answers to our queries directly from the manufacturer if he did not know the answer immediately. He was particularly attentive to the towing dynamics and compatibility with our tow vehicle and provided as much information he could for us to make informed decisions. Having Rhinomax (Sam) support in the background has also provided us with the confidence that we are engaging with right team for this big investment. Thanks again and highly recommend.

Jayden and Darren have been so fantastic to deal with. They constantly keep us in mind and have catered to our picky timeline and showed an immense amount of patience and understanding. They have helped and answered all of our questions. They are very approachable, honest and held themselves with the perfect balance of professionalism and pure Aussie bloke-ism. As badly as I wanted a lifestyle camper I couldn’t really afford the R2 but meeting Jayden and Darren at the Rose hill camp show and Jayden unveiling the E4 to us was a show stopper. We went there expecting to go in a different direction but I am so glad we met these guys. The time and effort they put in for us alone shows how much they love and take pride in what they do. If it comes time to upgrade I won’t want to deal with anyone else other than Jayden and Darren, for me they are the faces of lifestyle/Offgrid and one of the main reasons I will be back, even if it’s just for a chat. There isn’t too many salesman I would say that about but there also isn’t many that are so genuine like Jayden and Darren, and that for me is the biggest winner.

We purchased an Iconn E2 Elite from OffGrid Outfitters in March and couldn’t be happier with the van or with OGO.
The van is so easy to tow, most of the time we wouldn’t even know it’s behind our Triton dual cab and is no wider than the vehicle. Compact doesn’t mean compromise, it is super comfortable and the storage needs to be seen to be believed. On every trip we have had people coming up wanting to look at the van and comment as to how good it looks.
The whole OGO team from sales, admin and the service department have been brilliant to deal with, we can’t recommend them highly enough.

I really enjoyed the experience of buying my first camper trailer from Off Grid Outfitters. From meeting Jayden at the 4WD show in Sydney to purchasing 6 months later, there was no time pressure and he worked to my timelines as I moved towards the purchase
On the day i finally was ready to buy, I travelled to their showroom where Jayden spent lots of time showing me the full operation of the Patriot X3 by setting up and packing up the camper in full. It was that experience that made me feel i was buying the right product for me, from right dealer.
Again upon handover day, Marty and Jayden were thorough in handover process. Taking in all of the detail on the day is difficult but the Off Grid team have since been helpful when i needed the fast assistance when being stuck with the smaller details of how the camper operates when on the road.
The Gavin and Hayden in the service team were customer focussed with the first service, and i felt good about them taking ownership of a hot water defect that needed to be rectified with the supplier.
Ive enjoyed the total experience with this company and would recommend them.

We recently purchased an IconnE2 camper from OffGrid Outfitters, first met them at the Sydney Camping show, which was super busy. We went to the showroom two weeks after the show and had a personalised demo of the camper and ordered one with some upgrades. We were kept informed of progress on the build and anticipated delivery. On hand over we were given a thorough demonstration, after our first "tour" we elected to acquire a few extras. OffGrid Outfitters were always helpful and prompt in replies. They were a pleasure to deal with.

Only one real problem that hasnt been resolved, other than that the service has been great, but nonetheless, a star lost.
The issue being the X3 interior fold down seat back rests do not hold in their upright position when even a small amount of pressure is put on them.
Other Patriot owners have expressed the same disappointment on the Facebook forum and it seems the problem hasnt been resolved for them either.
I have removed and refitted the press button studs that hold the back rests several times and tried adjusting them heaps but they still dont lock in properly.
I've fitted 2 Velcro fasteners to each door which has helped a little but really I would like a solution that works. Its particularly annoying when getting out of bed in the middle of the night for a wee stop and trying not to touch the top of the back rests but invariably I dont and run the risk of getting the Jatz crackers involved with the locking mechanism as I make my exit. Ditto my wife's experience, sans the Jatz.
