I found this company to be very helpful and reliable when my air source heat pump system broke down. Easy to book an appointment. And arrived on time! Soon had things up and running again. Standard of work is very good with friendly service. Used them a couple of times since for servicing etc and would definitely recommend ECS plumbing.

Very efficient at removed Ng old boiler than was connected to LPG gas and installing a Gledhill hot water cylinder. There was an issue with the model which created a small leak and our plumber came to see it 30minites after making the phonecall to check it over and make the small altercation that was needed. He was incredibly thorough and talked through what had happened and what he had done. Would have no hesitation in recommending to friends and family.

ECS were able to speedily install a new boiler following the failure of my existing one even finishing the job on the weekend to ensure I had hot water again. The men on site were polite and helpful. Couldn't ask for a better service.

ECS have been absolutely amazing for us - super responsive to every request, efficient and never giving up to get to the bottom of some issues we had with our ASHP (after it had been installed by a different plumber/ASHP installer who was no longer operating). We are especially grateful for their swift attention to help ensure we made our deadline for qualifying for RHI. We will definitely be continuing to call on ECS for the annual service of our ASHP and under floor heating system and we continue to recommend them to others. It has always been a very smooth process dealing with the ECS team and the quality of their service has proven excellent for us.

The job was protracted and problematic due to complications that were not the responsibility in any way of ECS. I could not speak highly enough of the work that they carried out. They were always polite, pleasant, punctual and reliable . When there were difficulties they were very responsive and went to great lengths to explain the details to us. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The reason we chose ECS was the clarity and transparency in their estimating process, we knew exactly where our money was being spent and why. They clearly knew what we needed.
Ours was an outdated and botched system that was on its last legs, our brief to ECS was to give us a more efficient boiler and central heating system, and to sort out the hot water system which was frankly laughable.
On terms of installations, I dare say ours was at the thicker end of the Tricky Scale. During the installation however we were kept informed of progress throughout and in the end the job was actually delivered a day early.
We’re now 2 weeks post installation, the Nest thermostat has us worked out and the house is transformed!
We had high hopes and they exceeded them.
Would absolutely recommend!

ECS came up with a plan which met our budget and have been flexible in the face of finding unexpected horrors under the floorboards! Throughout the job his team have been exceptionally polite and professional, and we’re now using ECS to refit our bathrooms :)

Having tried a few companies, ECS were by far the most efficient. An appointment was arranged quickly to quote and the price was fair. Completion of work was done in a timely manner. Highly recommended

House was left clean and tidy as if they hadn't been and all works completed to a high standard with a detailed report given at the end.

All work was completed to a very high standard and they were ever so prompt to come back and rectify a couple of minor snags which developed a week or so after the installation.

ECS have provided heating and plumbing support to us since 2014. The ECS staff is knowledgeable and enthusiastic about their work. Most recently we had a new boiler and radiators installed in our 200+ year old cottage. ECS specified the parts and also recommended fitting new thermostats for the house system. The work was completed on time, to budget, and with care. All involved were responsive and thoughtful as the job proceeded. While winter is not yet here, we are optimistic that our house will be heated more effectively than before and we will have better control over it. ECS are a local, professional group that we will return to.
