Ross really knows his stuff, ECS staff were all very professional and tidy. I can highly recommend ECS to anyone wanting to install an air source heat pump.

ECS came out at the weekend when my boiler broke down and although it needed a new part which wasn’t delivered till Tuesday they went the extra mile to make sure it was fixed that day with the engineer working late but still cheerful!

There was an issue with the model which created a small leak and our plumber came to see it 30minites after making the phonecall to check it over and make the small altercation that was needed. He was incredibly thorough and talked through what had happened and what he had done. Would have no hesitation in recommending to friends and family.

ECS have been absolutely amazing for us - super responsive to every request, efficient and never giving up to get to the bottom of some issues we had with our ASHP (after it had been installed by a different plumber/ASHP installer who was no longer operating). We are especially grateful for their swift attention to help ensure we made our deadline for qualifying for RHI. We will definitely be continuing to call on ECS for the annual service of our ASHP and under floor heating system and we continue to recommend them to others. It has always been a very smooth process dealing with the ECS team and the quality of their service has proven excellent for us.

The job was protracted and problematic due to complications that were not the responsibility in any way of ECS. I could not speak highly enough of the work that they carried out. They were always polite, pleasant, punctual and reliable . When there were difficulties they were very responsive and went to great lengths to explain the details to us. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The reason we chose ECS was the clarity and transparency in their estimating process, we knew exactly where our money was being spent and why. They clearly knew what we needed.
Ours was an outdated and botched system that was on its last legs, our brief to ECS was to give us a more efficient boiler and central heating system, and to sort out the hot water system which was frankly laughable.
On terms of installations, I dare say ours was at the thicker end of the Tricky Scale. During the installation however we were kept informed of progress throughout and in the end the job was actually delivered a day early.
We’re now 2 weeks post installation, the Nest thermostat has us worked out and the house is transformed!
We had high hopes and they exceeded them.
Would absolutely recommend!
