Sean the plumber came to replace our faulty shower, and install an outside tap. He arrived and quickly surveyed the work that needed to be done. He replaced the shower, installed the outside tap, both jobs were done efficiently and Sean cleared up leaving everything very clean and tidy. While he was here we asked him if it was possible to replace the hot water valve with an easier way to turn off the water in future as the present valve was very stiff and very difficult to move ,and as I had had a difficult couple of days with water running everywhere and difficulty in turning it off successfully. He said he would have a look and said he could do the job now if we would like him to. So we agreed that he could replace the valve. Even though It was after his finish time he set to work again cheerfully. He installed a new more efficient hot water valve, tested everything and finally left long after he should have finished work for the day. He is an absolute credit to his company. Thank you. We will definitely use your company again.

We were delighted with the work carried out and very impressed with all members of the ECS team who did their utmost to ensure the new system settled in and was running smoothly. The Engineer arrived promptly each day and worked solidly with only short breaks for cups of tea and lunch. His work inside the house was very tidy and the finished product in the boiler house was very professional. I only had to identify which radiator had to have valves changed - this had been made known previously to “head office” as had the fact that the Nest unit was going to be in the lounge, not where the original thermostat had been, so the engineer had to make a trip to fetch the base unit

The work was carried out in a very professional manner & was a lot less expensive than the quote I had from British Gas. I would thoroughly recommend them for all your heating and plumbing work.

In two visits ECS serviced our boiler, replaced the pump and several other bits and pieces and power flushed all our radiators. They were prompt, helpful, extremely tidy and happy to answer questions. As we had recently been redecorated throughout and had new carpets and floors the care they took to ensure nothing got damaged was exemplary. Would recommend without hesitation.
