Ross at ECS agreed to renew the oil central heating in our draughty old house: a job which several other firms had declined to take on as being too difficult. ECS came up with a plan which met our budget and have been flexible in the face of finding unexpected horrors under the floorboards! Throughout the job his team have been exceptionally polite and professional, and we’re now using ECS to refit our bathrooms :)

Prior visit completed thoroughly by Ross, engineers were prompt took precautions to protect the carpets before starting work (that kept the wife happy) All works completed despite the confusion made by myself the engineers didn't fret and calmly carried on.
House was left clean and tidy as if they hadn't been and all works completed to a high standard with a detailed report given at the end.

We had ECS in to upgrade our immersion tanks and heating system in our clubhouse. They also sorted out a flow rate issue in the bathrooms which we had trouble with for years. All work was completed to a very high standard and they were ever so prompt to come back and rectify a couple of minor snags which developed a week or so after the installation.

ECS have provided heating and plumbing support to us since 2014. The ECS staff is knowledgeable and enthusiastic about their work. Most recently we had a new boiler and radiators installed in our 200+ year old cottage. ECS specified the parts and also recommended fitting new thermostats for the house system. The work was completed on time, to budget, and with care. All involved were responsive and thoughtful as the job proceeded. While winter is not yet here, we are optimistic that our house will be heated more effectively than before and we will have better control over it. ECS are a local, professional group that we will return to.
