Our boiler decided to give up during a seriously cold spell. Fortunately the ECS fitter was working across the road and I managed to catch him before he left. He was very helpful and diagnosed the problem quickly. Two days later a new part was sourced and fitted. Excellent service and would recommend to anyone.

Listened to our problem and need for a temporary solution to get through the winter as rebuilding in summer. Came up with a solution that saved us buying a new boiler so extremely happy!

ECS had done rudimentary plumbing work for us before, but this time I asked them to come up with a bespoke solution, for a pumped tank and all the associated pipework, also a water softener and some complex valving and drainage to go with it.
The completed project is excellent and done to a very high standard of finish and all within a pretty tight timescale, can't recommend them highly enough, not only for the usual plumbing job but for other projects that are out of the normal remit.

My boiler broke down not long before Christmas - I was lucky that Ross was able to come and quote and then make arrangements for giving me hot water and heating just in time for the holidays - I went for the air source heat pump so there was a lot to be done. Everyone I have had dealings with at ECS has been nothing but polite, very helpful, and very efficient. At one time I had three plumbers at my house, they all worked extremely hard, worked really well together (not one swear word) and they left the house very tidy at the end of each day. I would highly recommend them.
It's early days to find out exactly how beneficial the air source heat pump will be, but so far so good and it's certainly the right way forward.

I have met four of the ECS team in the course of assessing, designing and upgrading my underfloor heating system and all have been timely, pleasant and knowledgeable. Anthony, in particular, was very diligent and spent a lot of time talking with specialists to find the best way of getting the air source heat pump to drive some retro- fitted radiators. Will use ECS for my system maintenance in future.

Had multiple TRV fitted to an old system which presented a few challenges. Despite this the plumber was able to adapt and overcome the problems to successfully fit all TRVs. He also insisted on staying until the he was satisfied that the system was functioning correctly which took a bit longer than normal due to the elderly heating system. I thought this demonstrated excellent professionalism and exceptional customer service. Thank you ECS!

October, again efficient service to troubleshoot and fit new gas valve, pump and control board.
Unfortunately gas/air intake not adjusted properly resulting in further call out to sort out the problem. This was done quickly and efficiently.
Overall, very pleased, but shame about the hiccup.

I found ECS after having three plumbers unsuccessfully come round to try and fix my underfloor heating. The initial diagnostics was performed indepth and all issues properly documented. They found multiple issues which the others missed. Once we agreed on scope of work the team came out and performed the job to high standard over 2 days. Over the next few days I still encountered various issues which was resolved under their warranty at no extra cost other parts where required. The service from beginning to end was nothing short of excellent given the complexity of the job. Special thanks to Ross who managed the project, Alex the engineer who did the work and Melissa who looked after me over the phone during the entire process. Fantastic effort by a fantastic team and will highly recommend.

The engineer discovered a problem with the motor, arranged for a new one to be ordered and then made an appointment to fit it.
