Thorough survey prior to doing the water softener install, answered all my questions. Work was carried out efficiently, plumber explained what he was doing, and softener working beautifully.

We had our old oil boiler replaced by a new air source pump and so far found ECS to be very good. They are efficient and tidy and always let us know what to expect and where they would be working. I would certainly recommend.

Smart clean and tidy liveried vehicles manned by smart, clean, tidy and polite engineers. They do what they are quoted and do it on time, make sound and sensible recommendations and are always efficient, and when they have gone you would never know they had been at all (apart from the invoice :-)).
The communications from receipt of the due date are always clear and concise, they know exactly what they are doing for each job as the quotes are always very clear and detailed from Ross.
the only professional heating and plumbing company I have ever come across - you get what you pay for. ECS are only a little more expensive but its well worth it. If you want messy, late unstructured and disruptive then there are plenty to choose from.
ECS are highly recommended and we wont use anyone else for our properties.

ECS are currently part way through an underfloor heating and air source heat pump installation on a new build project for me. They arrive in a timely manner and their first fix pipe work is very neat and tidy. Even the floor screeders commented on what a nice job they had done!
They are also well organised, turning up when they say they will and keeping me in the loop, which is important when scheduling alongside other trades and time pressures.

On a couple of occasions visited at short notice, when we had hot water and heating issues, over the winter period - which was much appreciated.
Also were very good and punctual when attending schedule appointments too.
Special mention to all the engineers, Thomas, Chris, Alex and Ross who were all polite, friendly, helpful, and patient with all our ridiculous questions.
Also practiced safe covid procedures.
Helps when you like the people you are inviting into your home.

On time with tracking to show arrival time. Courteous, polite engineer. Made an excellent job of the service and recommended replacement of a valve. returned on time for that replacement. Underfloor heating service seemed good value for money.
