Smart clean and tidy liveried vehicles manned by smart, clean, tidy and polite engineers. They do what they are quoted and do it on time, make sound and sensible recommendations and are always efficient, and when they have gone you would never know they had been at all (apart from the invoice :-)).
The communications from receipt of the due date are always clear and concise, they know exactly what they are doing for each job as the quotes are always very clear and detailed from Ross.
the only professional heating and plumbing company I have ever come across - you get what you pay for. ECS are only a little more expensive but its well worth it. If you want messy, late unstructured and disruptive then there are plenty to choose from.
ECS are highly recommended and we wont use anyone else for our properties.

ECS are currently part way through an underfloor heating and air source heat pump installation on a new build project for me. They arrive in a timely manner and their first fix pipe work is very neat and tidy. Even the floor screeders commented on what a nice job they had done!
They are also well organised, turning up when they say they will and keeping me in the loop, which is important when scheduling alongside other trades and time pressures.
Im very happy with everything.

The shower suite installation carried out by ECS was excellent. The installer made a great job with replacing the tiles and old shower unit, tidy and efficient. Really pleased with the final finish. Recommended.

On a couple of occasions visited at short notice, when we had hot water and heating issues, over the winter period - which was much appreciated.
Also were very good and punctual when attending schedule appointments too.
Special mention to all the engineers, Thomas, Chris, Alex and Ross who were all polite, friendly, helpful, and patient with all our ridiculous questions.
Also practiced safe covid procedures.
Helps when you like the people you are inviting into your home.

On time with tracking to show arrival time. Courteous, polite engineer. Made an excellent job of the service and recommended replacement of a valve. returned on time for that replacement. Underfloor heating service seemed good value for money.

Great service, the engineers treated the whole process better than I would myself, from protecting the carpets to adjusting the cupboards, and all done without even being asked. Very impressed.

ECS recently completed the installation of a 12kW Samsung ASHP in a 50+ year old house together with a lot of plumbing work: switch to unvented system, new HW tank, larger and additional radiators, larger bore mains feed, etc. Their quotation was competitive and accurate, the work was completed on time and done carefully and with forethought.

ECS had done rudimentary plumbing work for us before, but this time I asked them to come up with a bespoke solution, for a pumped tank and all the associated pipework, also a water softener and some complex valving and drainage to go with it.
The completed project is excellent and done to a very high standard of finish and all within a pretty tight timescale, can't recommend them highly enough, not only for the usual plumbing job but for other projects that are out of the normal remit.
