ECS carried out a service on my Vaillant Boiler and heating at a quoted cost of £139. They recommended a replacement of the Magna filter and the Heating Pump and a complete flush-through of the radiator system at a quoted cost of £1,231. The latter operation was carried out. The resultant heating cost savings have been significant. To achieve the same results my heating temperature is now set at 15 or 17 instead of 22 and my radiators are set to 3 instead of 5. While the cost was significant, the short and long term savings will more than compensate for the outlay. Full Job Reports and Receipts were e-mailed to me by the end of each day on which work was carried out. This is the first time I have used ECS and I would recommend them as a thoroughly professional and efficient organization.

We have used ESC Plumbing on numerous occasions over the last year mainly for emergency issues. They have responded immediately even at very antisocial times and have provided a high quality, efficient and very friendly service. Each of their plumbers we have encountered has been very knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. We have now asked them to install new bathrooms at our house as we understand they also provide this service and we trust their workmanship and standards.

ECS was recommended to us by a company who regularly used them as part of their installation work. They are not the cheapest, but plumbing really is an area where you get what you pay for, so we felt it was worth it. They are highly efficient, from their quick responses to emails and efficient quoting to their tracking message system, which lets you see how far away they are before arrival. Our designated plumber Sean did an excellent job of installing our bathroom pipework and appliances, and both he and his occasional partner Nathan were always willing to go that extra mile. We would be very confident in recommending the company to others.

The engineer who repaired our central heating boiler was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem that had been missed by another engineer (not ECS) earlier in the year when carrying out an annual servicing.

Temperature -7' C. and our old gas boiler failed! ECS came and worked tirelessly to source a replacement boiler and worked all day Saturday to install it and did not leave until the radiators were hot.

Highly recommend Ross and his team who installed an Air Source Hear Pump at our home. Their quotation was detailed and comprehensive and we felt very confident in the advice we were given. His team arrived on time and as agreed, and quietly and efficiently worked every day to complete the job on time. Nathan appeared very knowledgeable and found solutions where there might have been difficulties. It was not easy to schedule the work for our required timings, given staff sickness with Coronavirus but we were very pleased that it was achieved. Thanks to Ross and his team.

From start to finish the process of getting the quote to the installation was very good. The inspection went well, listened to what i wanted, they said what they required for the quote and the quote arrived when they said it would, and it was competitive. They gave an expected start date for the works to be started and a duration. The start date was delayed a couple of times but once started everything was done within the timescale that they had set. The staff were friendly, laid down floor covering to protect the floor and they tidied up the mess they had created at the end of each day. They listened to any concerns i had and worked around them. They assisted in the government claims process. I was very pleased with the whole process.

In the couple of recent experiences with the ECS team I have been nothing but impressed. Right from the start the scheduling was efficient and flexible. And then with re-scheduling for a part that needed to be ordered, I felt like I wasn't left waiting - very responsive.
The engineer was incredibly helpful - talked me through the issue and resolution, but also was happy to work around my schedule when it came to getting the spare part.
In all a great experience - I can highly recommend ECS.

We were so pleased with the professional service received from the initial site visit to assess and discuss our needs, through to completion of such a quality installation. Ross, Chris and Alex were always punctual, friendly and left things tidy each day to ensure the minimum of disruption for us.
