We contacted ECS, who responded quickly. Our shower was only had cold water, which we thought might be a seized valve.
Unfortunately it turned out to be broken.
Again we had a quick response and the engineer came and very quickly and efficiently to replace the unit. The only problem that we encountered was a shower tile which needed to be replaced before the job could be completed.
It was impossible as always to match the tile(after endless searching) we settled for a near match. As soon as we did that ECS came back and fitted the front unit.
The engineer who did the work for us was very good at his job and left no mess.
I would recommend ECS for plumbing work

We found ECS to be excellent. Right from the first call to them ( we actually spoke to a human !!) and from then on the service and responses were first rate.
The initial analysis determined the need for a new pump for our shower (after 13 years it wasn’t a surprise). The correct pump was quickly ordered and installed but we then had a problem with the thermostatic valve for which it was more difficult to source a replacement.
But all was completed with great communication and transparency through the whole process.
We would wholeheartedly recommend ECS for any work you need doing.

I am completely satisfied with ECS's replacement of my static caravan boiler. It was more expensive than I had hoped, but worth the confidence I had in the engineer. The team turned up in properly logo'd vans and were obviously fully equipped. The lead engineer was completely appoachable. He talked openly about the changes in legislation for propane systems, and was happy to explain any aspect of the system. His assistant went out of his way to get me some extra fittings and assist in a couple of other frost-damage problems I'd just noticed. Easily 9+/10.

ECS recently serviced my boiler, central heating and gas fire in our recently acquired house. Access to the boiler required dismantling of the cupboard, which had been built so that it partly concealed the boiler cover, but this was speedily done and the boiler thoroughly checked. Inspection of the radiators involved photographs of every valve, almost all of which had been leaking. The gas fire 'coals' were rearranged as they had been assembled incorrectly during the previous inspection. The plumber provided a complete report of every check and was extremely obliging. I was very impressed and totally satisfied, and shall certainly be continuing to use ECS in future.

When our gas boiler had to be unexpectedly condemned, Ross and the ECS team not only sent a second engineer to double-check the Carbon Monoxide readings but also turned around a heat pump installation in double-quick time.
We had a number of their engineers in our house (at one point there were 4 ECS vans parked outside!) and all of them were excellent.
Thank you to everyone at ECS who helped us to have a warm house again! We are very pleased with our new heat pump!
