WHP provided great service and communication when we needed a new heat pump in a rental property. They went out of there way to help us move the old unit etc I would highly recommend there services.

From the first phone call enquiring about a quote, through to Conrad turning up within a couple of days and giving good clear options, photos of what unit would look like etc, to completion of installation. Very happy and impressed with the service.

Pumps when in well and work fantastic. Only complaint would be is that I can't use the wifi feature of the pumps because the boxes were taken away and they had the wifi info. Not a biggie but something to watch out for if you really care about that.

We use Waikato heatpumps (WHP Group Ltd) for all our air con work, they put in around 10 units a year for us, we use them because they have great service and an awesome team, they are always willing to go the extra mile. Thanks guys
