We had an extremely positive experience with WHP and now having 5 of their pumps installed have had great fast service and no issues.

Pumps when in well and work fantastic. Only complaint would be is that I can't use the wifi feature of the pumps because the boxes were taken away and they had the wifi info. Not a biggie but something to watch out for if you really care about that.

We use Waikato heatpumps (WHP Group Ltd) for all our air con work, they put in around 10 units a year for us, we use them because they have great service and an awesome team, they are always willing to go the extra mile. Thanks guys

Your staff member who came to look at the problems of existing set-up, and advised the replacement with a new heat pump, gave a good assessment of the situation and was very pleasant to deal with. The long delay from ordering to installing is due to factors beyond your control.

I would say that the team managed to get the HP installed in the nick of time before the house was being staged for sale. Well done team. I had my doubts that you would do it but you came up trumps in the end.

My only issue would be that the unit provided was a lot bigger physically than expected for the size of the unit - not a major but would have preferred something smaller - took their advice on which unit was suitable so can't complain .
