My only issue would be that the unit provided was a lot bigger physically than expected for the size of the unit - not a major but would have preferred something smaller - took their advice on which unit was suitable so can't complain .

Another outfit said it couldnt be done as it wouldnt fit in our ceiling space. No trouble to Salesh and A J. They did an excellent job in a confined space and solved a couple of problems that arose during installation. Highly recommended .

Waikato Heat pumps were great!! From the get go, they came up with a good solution that other companies during the quote process had not considered. Big shout out to Ben , our installer, who got under our house ( very low clearance and dirty!!! ) 4-5 times to complete the job. He constantly problem solved and persevered until the job was done. He was excellent. We would heartily recommend Waikato heat pumps and have already referred a friend to them. They were also cheaper than our other quotes. Thanks Dom and Ben!!!

Listened to my input and went beyond typical standards to do a quality install in line with what I wanted. I would happily recommend. Very happy with the ducted system and would install over high-wall units from now on.

Out once to service one heat pump and measure up for the installation of another. Then again to install it. The guys where a little late arriving but they got lost along the way, (which is not unusual). A good fishing day mean't they got to take some home with them. Thanks guys.

We previously had gas heating and have been amazed at what a difference the heatpumps have made. Wish we had done it sooner! I would definitely recommend them for great advice and service.
