They removed our old heat pump and put in our new heat pump in good time didn't leave a mess and cleaned our other heatpump. Had no problems dealing with them fast and efficient, would definitely use them again.

Dom and the WHP team came around for a second installation (our 3rd unit). This was a year after two previous units went in.
Dom helped to move an existing external unit as we weren’t happy with the initial location, and was on hand to install the new unit which was up a tricky steep sloped roof.
Comms from WHP were great, they came around on the day as scheduled. Only recommendation to Dom and WHP would be to look at a messaging service that would give a reminder prior to the installation and possibly indicate time the installers would be on site, if known.
