Thank you Logic for your excellent service with installation of the new central heating boiler. Quick to respond to our initial enquiry and prompt with ordering and organising the work to be completed.
Our significant issue would be that no one got back to us when we reported a leaky joint. My husband ended up doing the work. We were worried about the fumes created and the impact of this on my elderly father. A disappointing end to anotherwise positive job.

Logic offered a prompt response following a leak at my mum in laws, the plumber who came to fix it was great with her, he wrote down what he had done as she is very deaf and it's the only way of communicating with her, she said how polite he had been, he also phoned my husband to update him once the work was completed.
We have used logic a few times now for her with various problems and would not hesitate in recommending them or using them again.

Engineers were very good but work was not planned as well. With three visits abandoned after the engineers had arrived at my home after parts required had not arrived or were the wrong part.
In the end the work was completed to a high standard

Used Logic to install an EV charger. Initial visit was arranged quickly and the quote provided promptly. The engineer who came, not long after, to install the charger was friendly and knowledgeable. Very happy with the work carried out and the service.

I used Logic for PAT testing the equipment in my holiday let. Their quote was quickly provided and easy to understand. They gladly accommodated the restricted availability of time for doing the testing (It could only be on a Friday between guests).
The Logic employee turned up on time, was extremely polite and carried out the testing in an efficient manner. The PAT test certificate arrived promptly. All in all a fuss-free service. Thank you
