Thank you Logic for your excellent service with installation of the new central heating boiler. Quick to respond to our initial enquiry and prompt with ordering and organising the work to be completed.
Our significant issue would be that no one got back to us when we reported a leaky joint. My husband ended up doing the work. We were worried about the fumes created and the impact of this on my elderly father. A disappointing end to anotherwise positive job.

Very efficient and responsive service. Having a separate contact point at Head Office who co-ordinates the work makes the process much more efficient for both parties. Highly recommended.

Boiler service completed fine. Report led to further work to replace 2 baffle plates and gasket. Work fine but charge for parts ridiculously excessive. Will not use again.

Logic offered a prompt response following a leak at my mum in laws, the plumber who came to fix it was great with her, he wrote down what he had done as she is very deaf and it's the only way of communicating with her, she said how polite he had been, he also phoned my husband to update him once the work was completed.
We have used logic a few times now for her with various problems and would not hesitate in recommending them or using them again.

Engineers were very good but work was not planned as well. With three visits abandoned after the engineers had arrived at my home after parts required had not arrived or were the wrong part.
In the end the work was completed to a high standard

Used Logic to install an EV charger. Initial visit was arranged quickly and the quote provided promptly. The engineer who came, not long after, to install the charger was friendly and knowledgeable. Very happy with the work carried out and the service.

Quick professional response , and the engineer seemed to do a thorough service of the equipment . My only gripe I was chased for payment by an Invoice company for a payment I made only 2 days after the job was completed.

I made only 2 days after the job was completed. No acknowledgment from either the Company or the accountants to confirm payment received.

In all good faith, we accepted your quote, as per Logic engineers survey, to our hot water pressure and toilet problem, in room four of the top floor of the Cross Keys, and we seem to be no better, if anything worse, than when we started, we have little hot water pressure and no toilet flushing whatsoever now in room four and to add more confusion, the Logic engineer that came yesterday to finally do the job, left without repairing the issues and furthermore, added, that we possibly will have to change the toilet, wash hand basin and so on. perhaps you can clarify or in really let me know if Logic, is able to repair our poor hot water pressure and toilet flushing in room four, I did phone in numerous occasions on Friday, after the engineer left here, and no one got back to us

I used Logic for PAT testing the equipment in my holiday let. Their quote was quickly provided and easy to understand. They gladly accommodated the restricted availability of time for doing the testing (It could only be on a Friday between guests).
The Logic employee turned up on time, was extremely polite and carried out the testing in an efficient manner. The PAT test certificate arrived promptly. All in all a fuss-free service. Thank you
