Having recently had a new radiator fitted that was not straight forward, the engineer did a fantastic job and discussed any points before soldering a permanent joint so it was all to my satisfaction. Also as the engineer couldn’t finish the job on the first day he came back early the next day to finish it.
The quality of the finished job is excellent and he tidied up after himself. I a very happy customer.

Logic Company has proven to be a real asset. I have struggled to find a reliable electrician to install smart HIVE thermostat in my property, but Logic provided hassle free excellent service and installed two HIVEs that were needed to fully control the quirky heating system in my home. The electrician who did the work was very knowledgeable, did a great job and left the property in good state. I can now enjoy warm house when I need it and can remotely control the heating system, saving £ and saving planet. Thank you Logic!

We enlisted Logic recently for a previously unnoticed plumbing problem which resulted in a ceiling collapse. In total we required 3 separate call outs until a tricky situation was completely resolved. All of the engineers that attended were excellent - very polite and considerate as well as fully competent. Alex at the office was extremely polite, helpful and informative. We would, and have since, recommended Logic for their services. Many thanks to you all for a good job done.

1) Quick return of quote albeit more expensive before deduction of Government grant than another quote where grant was not available.
2)Installation Electrical Technician was knowledgable and technically competent, making a very neat and tidy installation.
Negatives
1) Logic initially proposed an installation date in April meaning the installation would not qualify for the Government grant ( and therefore potentially cost me more than my other quote)
2) Post installation I requested a copy of the electrical test certification, which required two emails and two telephone calls to expedite. I was advised that the documents had been sent to the email address they held on their records - which was not mine.
Should I require further electrical or plumbing work in the future I would ask Logic to quote.

The problem was resolved by a repair to the existing tap, so fitting of the new tap proved to be unnecessary. The engineer was efficient, polite etc and the job done well. And the subsequent job at The Banks, Seascale was similarly sorted out.

Everything happened speedily and efficiently when we found ourselves with a dead boiler and needed a replacement
There was a problem at the end with one radiator not working but this was soon resolved. I would recommend Logic to others. Thank you

Old boiler removed, new boiler installed. Excellent team - surveyor,office e-communication, plumbers, elctricians all coordinated exactly on time. Area left clear and tidy. Job done system working.

Disappointed with communication on the day having come 70 miles. However the engineer did a good job tidy pleasant and efficient. Am still waiting for an itemised invoice and receipt, despite having paid the job in full.

Seems to have been a successful installation. The engineer carried out his work in my absence; I was pleased to catch him when I got home from work just before he went. He gave me a brief explanation of what's what, but I had and still have a lot to learn as this is a very sophisticated boiler compared with the old one. At first I was baffled by the programmable thermostat. The three buttons under the screen were not visible either on the thermostat itself or on the photo of it on the paper and online instructions. Eventually I discovered that the front is covered with a flap that lifts up to reveal the buttons; what a relief that was! It would have been a big help if this feature had been mentioned in the instructions!
Anyway, so far so good, I'm rather pleased with it. Speaking with the Logic staff on the phone is reassuring and stress-free.

Our significant issue would be that no one got back to us when we reported a leaky joint. My husband ended up doing the work. We were worried about the fumes created and the impact of this on my elderly father. A disappointing end to anotherwise positive job.
