I cannot understate how professional and friendly I found this company. We were in a bit of a bind in regard to getting an urgent electrical inspection done on our Shap property which Logic did with just 3 days notice. We then found some work was required - we decided to do all the necessary and recommended works but were up against a very tight deadline to complete this and again Logic delivered. They delivered again in turning around the new inspection and installations certificate within 5 working hours, amazing! Every member of staff we spoke to was super helpful and couldn't be more obliging, the guy who carried out the works was extremely polite and pleasant too. I would use this company again without a second thought.

Overall happy. Think the job could have been planned to go smoother to save engineers time on job and rework. Having to take the wall back out that we installed is a pain and additional cost to me in money and time.

Having recently had a new radiator fitted that was not straight forward, the engineer did a fantastic job and discussed any points before soldering a permanent joint so it was all to my satisfaction. Also as the engineer couldn’t finish the job on the first day he came back early the next day to finish it.
The quality of the finished job is excellent and he tidied up after himself. I a very happy customer.

Logic Company has proven to be a real asset. I have struggled to find a reliable electrician to install smart HIVE thermostat in my property, but Logic provided hassle free excellent service and installed two HIVEs that were needed to fully control the quirky heating system in my home. The electrician who did the work was very knowledgeable, did a great job and left the property in good state. In total we required 3 separate call outs until a tricky situation was completely resolved. All of the engineers that attended were excellent - very polite and considerate as well as fully competent. 1) Quick return of quote albeit more expensive before deduction of Government grant than another quote where grant was not available.
2)Installation Electrical Technician was knowledgable and technically competent, making a very neat and tidy installation.
Negatives
1) Logic initially proposed an installation date in April meaning the installation would not qualify for the Government grant ( and therefore potentially cost me more than my other quote)
2) Post installation I requested a copy of the electrical test certification, which required two emails and two telephone calls to expedite. I was advised that the documents had been sent to the email address they held on their records - which was not mine.
Should I require further electrical or plumbing work in the future I would ask Logic to quote.

The problem was resolved by a repair to the existing tap, so fitting of the new tap proved to be unnecessary. The engineer was efficient, polite etc and the job done well. And the subsequent job at The Banks, Seascale was similarly sorted out.

Everything happened speedily and efficiently when we found ourselves with a dead boiler and needed a replacement

Seems to have been a successful installation. The engineer carried out his work in my absence; I was pleased to catch him when I got home from work just before he went. He gave me a brief explanation of what's what, but I had and still have a lot to learn as this is a very sophisticated boiler compared with the old one. At first I was baffled by the programmable thermostat. The three buttons under the screen were not visible either on the thermostat itself or on the photo of it on the paper and online instructions. Eventually I discovered that the front is covered with a flap that lifts up to reveal the buttons; what a relief that was! It would have been a big help if this feature had been mentioned in the instructions!
Anyway, so far so good, I'm rather pleased with it. Speaking with the Logic staff on the phone is reassuring and stress-free.
