I have used Logic a number of times and have always been extremely pleased. When I phone Logic I know that the person taking my call will be polite, efficient and will deal with any problem quickly. I have recommended Logic to a number of friends.

We needed a short term fixed with the plan to then have a new boiler. Logic (Steve) carried out the short term fix as agreed and our old boiler worked again. We then received the quote for a new boiler which we accepted and a date was arranged. As it is a second home both the repair and new boiler installation were carried out whilst we were absent.
The date for the new installation was brought forward a day or two and carried out with great communication to clarify a couple of issues.
However what was really excellent was the manor in which Logic responded when we arrived on the Friday of the bank holiday and the new boiler stopped working after an hour of us arriving. The emergency engineer arrived Saturday afternoon (Chris) and fixed the issue, or thought he had. Unfortunately it wasn't quite what he thought and the boiler stopped again. I left a message at the office and also via the website, and also sent a text to the engineer. I received a call late Saturday evening, apologising and confirming Chris would return first thing Sunday morning. He was there at 8:30 and his enthusiasm to solve the problem was clear, which he did. Issues happen and it is how they are resolved that are important and in this I cannot fault Logic's response. Great customer service out of normal hours when it matters.

These guys were sent out to me via my gas supplier after i request a boiler service.
My boiler hadn't been serviced for some years and when they arrived to do the service, spotted some other potentially dangerous faults!
So they ordered all the parts it needed to make it safe and returned to service and repair it - to make it safe for me!
Great, better than been blown up by a leaky gas boiler!!!

Excellent service, needed a plumber as soon as possible to attend a water leak. Alex arranged for a plumber to attend that day, who completed and fixed our burst pipe. The plumber was very friendly and efficient. Would recommend Logic to others.

Nothing wrong with service. Only thing is you make every customer seem like bad debtors. Don't see why you are saying an account is overdue within hours of doing a job and more so when you have to return to do something else…

Don't see why you are saying an account is overdue within hours of doing a job and more so when you have to return to do something else in such a short space of time and you end up with another invoice. Some of us can be trusted, I personally have no bad debts against me!!!

2nd visit for repair... required a call to check appointment time as engineer didn't arrive.
Was advised that due to an emergency elsewhere visit was cancelled.
An Ansa Phone message was apparently left advising this. All our phone sources didn't have a recorded message of any kind?
Revised visit today went ahead as planned and the faults repaired.
Engineer was friendly and efficient.
Job was also completed in 2 hours rather than the 2 or, 3 approximated.
Overall, would be happy to recommend and use Logic again.

Despite some confusion over the fact it was a dual fuel cooker so only a gas engineer turned up to start with, after a quick call to the office, the electrician was booked in for later the same day and the Logic team did a great job.

We moved into the Appleby area to a new house recently ie during the pandemic!
Our move was from the south of England as part of my retirement plans to be near the fells etc and to move away from city surroundings.
The property had many more problems than we had known about from the survey or our viewings (when you couldn’t touch anything or test anything).
During the first few months of our arrival I built up a great contact with Josh Hall, Logic. The fantastic thing about Logic is that they were able to provide access to almost all trades one way or the other so it gave me great peace of mind to be able to get great quality work done, organised seemlessly and incredibly quickly as they have access to teams of skilled electricians etc. Josh arranged for them to come out by squeezing me into their schedule between other jobs.
When on site the electrician, for example, communicated clearly when we had options and advised about the alternatives. Indeed if I asked for them to do something which was slightly more involved it was never a problem.
So in summary, if you are new to the area and need urgent jobs attending too then Logic can help you. They will also guide you to other trades if they are outside their scope.
It has made a big difference to me to get urgent jobs attended to quickly. Thank you to Josh and his team.

Logic arrived on time and fixed what they could. They diagnosed what they couldn't fix and I now have another appointment to return and fix the rest. I'd use them again on the evidence to date.
