It has been two weeks now since we have put the pacific energy neo 2.5 in.
Using the same flue.We could not be happier with this purchase.We have been in this house 16 years and this is the sixth heater we have put in four different brands before this heater and no other heater has been able too heat the hole house it is only 200sq mtrs. We have no worries burning all night 9 hours the best we have had is 12.5 hours.I don't have to put wood in when i get up at 4.30 in the morning so we are saving wood there as well as not putting as much wood in during the day or at night when watching tv. We are loving it would have to be the best fire ever!!!!!! Would highly recommend it to anyone. The extra cost is worth it because you will save that on wood costs we are saving 20/30%

They were very quick on quoting for replacement of our ducted gas system which had died. Their recommendations was spot on & order was placed for ducted reverse cycle system to be installed on the 9th July. Very accommodating service.

Was met by a very pleasant young man that helped to pick the fire that suited us while we are still waiting for it to be installed which we were assured it will be within a month .the only thing you need to improve on is getting your advised price to match as we agreed to buy the fire and the paper work was been done we were informed that the fire was $100 more than the price we agreed on not wanting to make a fuss I agreed but I wasn’t happy as the fire should off sold for the price that was advised I am in business myself and you should of stood by the original price
