Prepurchase service excellent.
Unit had no manual and missing components. Would have liked advice re setup, tips etc when I paid and collected unit.

We bought the heater and his installation people were awesome as well, nothing was any trouble.

The service at Hearth House Bunbury was absolutely first class. I initially went in knowing I needed a new fire and not much else. Miles greeted me with a smile, then proceeded to educate me on what I needed to know, showing several models as comparison including the pros and cons of each. The Masport range was the logical choice as it would replace the old Masport. Installation was handled professionally, with the option of disposal of the old unit, which we took. I can’t thank Miles enough for leading us through the process with respect, honesty, humour and integrity. We truely benefited from the experience.

Extremely happy with my new wood fire. Hearth House has a great range of fires to suit all budgets and I definitely felt confident with my choice after having Miles take me through their showroom. The whole process was very efficient and the installation team were very knowledgeable and did a great job. I chose a Pacific Energy fire and it really does have a 10 to 14 hour burn time which is brilliant.
