We were also able to take back the components that were not needed and got our money back straight away.
We love our new woodfire.

The quotes given were quick and the information and explanation of how the everything would be set up and also how the remote would work when we called in to the saleroom helped us to decide which system would suit us best. There was also a quick follow up visit from a colleague with the house plan to check the correct position of the current vents. He also explained what work would be done when the new system was put in.
