Dylan the technician was very thorough with the installation and finished up the job beautifully.

Took the time to explain various wood heaters and their pros and cons, what is most suitable for our house and other aspects we initially didn’t consider.
Approach was super friendly and without any fuss. Time to installation was quicker than expected, can’t wait to get warm and cosy in front of the heater this winter.

We bought a very nice bespoke Italian made built in wood burning fireplace for our new home build recently.
Shane and the guys at Hearth House are extremely knowledgeable and easy to deal with, they explained everything to us as novice buyers of this equipment in a very clear and understandable way that made it very easy for us to make good decisions on what we liked and what we needed, whilst remaining within our budget.
Shane knew our builder and has a great longstanding relationship with them, and was able to ensure the fireplace will fit properly.
We would be more than happy to recommend the products and services of Hearth House to anyone looking for quality heating products in the South West.

Given we were using an existing cavity, there was a lot of emails and calls on my behalf to ensure a new fireplace would fit - and each time the guys were very understanding and keen to help us find a solution.
