The whole process of contacting Supernova to getting an appointment booked was so simple and straight forward. Chris asked me for specific details regarding our site and was able to provide me with all of the information regarding what service we would be receiving, which was very clear to understand. A date was booked for the survey within 2 weeks of me contacting Supernova and the report was then with me the next working day after the survey had been completed. The whole process was very smooth & I would recommend this service to anyone looking for an asbestos survey. The price was very competitive as well.

I recently had the pleasure of using Supernova's services, and I must say, their service was absolutely fabulous. When I found myself in urgent need of an asbestos report, they managed to arrange an appointment for the very next day. The representative arrived promptly and even called me 30 minutes in advance to confirm that the timing was still convenient, which I greatly appreciated.
The visit itself was efficient, and I was particularly impressed by how quickly I received the asbestos survey report—just 36 hours after the visit! This turnaround time was perfect for my needs.
Furthermore, I was drawn to Supernova not only for their good reviews and prompt response to my initial telephone inquiry, but also because of a special offer that allowed me to save a few pounds. Just as importantly, the professionalism of the individual who attended made the experience even better.
Overall, I am a very happy customer and will certainly be using Supernova again in the future. Highly recommended!

Supernova tested the whole property, pricing was competitive, and the option to pay in instalments really helped while moving home. Results came back quickly and everything they said they’d do, they did.

The quality of the surveyors is great but the excellent AI voice message service is thorough but hugely time-consuming. In most cases a human receptionist would be far preferable at least from your clients points of view - and far quicker, too!

I recently had this company out to survey some old floor tiles and take samples for asbestos testing, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, they were professional, reassuring, and incredibly knowledgeable.
The surveyor who came to my home was absolutely lovely — patient, friendly, and very thorough. He took the time to answer every single one of my questions without rushing me, and explained the whole process in a way that was easy to understand. His calm and professional manner really helped put my mind at ease.
The service was efficient, detailed, and carried out with great care. I felt fully informed at every stage and really well looked after.
I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing asbestos surveys or testing. Truly excellent service.
