I can't recommend this company enough. We contacted a few companies to obtain an asbestos/FRA survey and they were the quickest to respond. Very professional, efficient. The survey was booked immediately , happened within a few days. The technician contacted us to confirm time, turned up on time also. He was very friendly and efficient, explaining what was being done. The report was very thorough and after we asked for a small amendment, a new version was sent the same day with the amendment . Their customer service is impeccable. It's rare enough to warrant giving feedback!

I am happy to review and recommend Supernova as our experience with them was very positive. They responded promptly within a few days to our call for an Asbestos Survey & Fire Risk Assessment which we needed to complete a sale in our group of 9 flats here in central London.
Ryan came exactly on time at 8am, and was very efficient at diagnosing our need for a better fire extinguishing system, checking our asbestos installations, and recommending the installation of interior fireproof doors in place of some of our very old ones.
Ryan was very down to earth, spoke to us intelligently so that we could understand some of the technicalities, and gave us confidence that he was not trying to sell us anything. We certainly felt that we could trust his assessment, and also he was pleasant and friendly. Clearly we want to adhere to health and safety rules, but we don't want something done if it is not necessary...not to mention avoiding unnecessary expense. So, many thanks to Ryan and Supernova for this prompt, efficient and excellent service...highly recommended.
