I would like to give a 5-star rating to the Supernova Group and especially to Nathan. When we received our Level 2 property survey report indicating potential asbestos risks in the popcorn ceilings and soffit boards, I was in a state of panic and uncertain about what steps to take or whom to trust. Nathan answered my call promptly and provided a clear, professional explanation of the type of asbestos survey we needed. His reassurance during that conversation gave me much-needed peace of mind.
The asbestos survey was carried out swiftly, and we received the results shortly after the appointment. To everyone’s surprise and relief, no asbestos was found—truly the best outcome we could have hoped for!
I highly recommend both the asbestos survey service and the staff at Supernova. They are professional, reliable, and a pleasure to work with. Many thanks for your excellent support!

I needed an asbestos survey carried out urgently and Annabel responded to my online enquiry first thing in the morning and booked it in for a few hours later. Antony, the surveyor, was very friendly and professional, worked thoroughly and communicated with me as he proceeded. The survey itself was available, with lab test results the following afternoon and was very detailed and comprehensive. Unfortunately high risk asbestos was found, but going forward Supernova’s survey has been vital. Also customer care connected me with a contractor who subsequently introduced me to the company they used for licensed removals: The ball is rolling. Supernova’s service has helped make an unfortunate situation more manageable and easy to navigate.

We highly recommend SuperNova Group if you are in need of a fire risk and asbestos survey for your property in the Greater London area. We engaged Kirk Pearce a few years ago when the company was called Nova. Now the company is SuperNova Group - it seems to be a larger entity, with the same owners, but with more surveyors and more office staff. We recently had to contact SuperNova to update our surveys and their whole team was very helpful and responsive. We had an immediate e-mail response from Annabel who explained that, post the Grenfell fire tragedy, the fire risk regulations have been updated. We later spoke to Louise in the SuperNova office (on a Saturday - brilliant) who helped us to understand our requirements and who then booked us in for the next available appointment at the start of the week. Our surveyor Alex from SuperNova arrived promptly and was extremely helpful as he explained how some of the new regulations had changed and what we should look out for in the survey. The report was then delivered to us electronically within one to two working days. The whole process from start to finish was very efficient and we were impressed with SuperNova's approach and professionalism. London Residential Customer.
