The whole process from getting a quote, organising the appointment with the estate agent and sending the report was extremely efficient and stress-free.
The report was detailed with images.
I thought it was great value for money for when purchasing a house and the report can be used as a negotiating chip if asbestos was found and prepare a buyer for any significant costs.
In my case, the interior of the house didn't contain asbestos so I can show a plasterer in the future it will be safe to remove the artex from the ceiling!
