Communication on the day wasn't great.
Email received told me I had to be onsite whilst the survey was taking place. I took the time off.
No notification to tell me the assessment was taking place, and only to be told the email I received was generic and I didn't need to be available. The assessment has been completed, and only found out when calling the office to find out when the assessment was being done.
Apart from that, the service seems smooth

The Asbestos inspector was prompt, bright and pleasant and on discovering he was a FRA inspector too he carried out that inspection.

An appointment date was scheduled soon after via the estate agents and I was given a reminder of appointment on the day.
Checks were in fact completed in the whole house.
I was very surprise as I got the results the day after their visit and no asbestos was found.

We have some artex in our house and before we could contact any builders to undertake plastering work, we had to establish if there was any asbestos present in the Artex.
We contacted Supernova, explained the situation, we were given a quote for a specialist surveyor to visit us and take samples from three separate locations. The fee was very reasonable, a date and time slot was agreed.
Tony the specialist arrived on the agreed date, well within the agreed time line. He took time to listen to our concerns and lack of information regarding the possible presence of asbestos, which we had only discovered after researching how to remove the Artex. Understandably we were very concerned, however Tony explained the possible outcomes of the testing, which did ease our stress. We then understood what and how we could proceed once the test results came back.
We received a short report initially from Tony which explained that the 3 test samples were negative, we also received a full detailed analysis report from Supernova confirming Tonys report.
Supernova and Tony in particular were very professional at all times. They were totally understanding and supportive.
We cannot thank them enough and not would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you to all the team and particularly Tony.

They did get a detail wrong on the report and I rang them on a Saturday morning, explaining this. I was advised to go to their support team on-line and that it would be sorted out on Monday, which it was. Sometimes, a service really shows its strengths in how it deals with a, quite understandable, mistake. This was the case here and Supernova came up with ten out of ten! Thank you.

Nathan was really helpful and helped to arrange the asbestos inspection. There was a change of date and slight confusion with this but it was all sorted quickly and we were still able to do the date that was provided. Report was provided quickly
