Very quick response from a real person not a bot which is always nice. Tester turned up on time and listened to my concerns as a first time buyer with no experience and was very helpful and understanding as well as not at all patronising which was really nice, and I had the results back 24 hours later. We can now go ahead with our house renovations with peace of mind. Would absolutely recommend Supernova for the future and we will use them again if needed!

I can't recommend this company enough. We contacted a few companies to obtain an asbestos/FRA survey and they were the quickest to respond. Very professional, efficient. The survey was booked immediately , happened within a few days. The technician contacted us to confirm time, turned up on time also. He was very friendly and efficient, explaining what was being done. The report was very thorough and after we asked for a small amendment, a new version was sent the same day with the amendment . Their customer service is impeccable. It's rare enough to warrant giving feedback!

Excellent service - We bought a 1930s house and planned lots of renovations. Supernova inspected all areas to assess for asbestos and quickly returned results from any samples taken. Highly recommend.
