Survey was organised quickly and efficiently. I was kept up to date as well as them liaising directly with the landlord agent. Report received within 24hours of survey completion. I would certainly recommend.

It you're telling someone they have asbestos in a house their buying, I'd expect the location and details of it to more detailed considering the risks involved.

David came to survey the property and he couldn't of been more thorough, friendly and informative. He went the extra mile by answering further queries I had surrounding the topic. Our detailed report arrived in the timeframe promised. Such an amazing experience from start to finish, it was definitely worth the money and we will be sure to recommend to others.

Email received told me I had to be onsite whilst the survey was taking place. I took the time off.
No notification to tell me the assessment was taking place, and only to be told the email I received was generic and I didn't need to be available. The assessment has been completed, and only found out when calling the office to find out when the assessment was being done.
Apart from that, the service seems smooth
