I had the pleasure of inviting Ryan in to our commercial property this morning to conduct both a Fire and Asbestos survey at the premises. A very polite, thorough and informative guy, who knows his stuff and guided me through his surveys, pointing out relevant potential issues along the way.
He carried out the job expertly and professionally wasting no time whilst with on site with me.

We found undisclosed asbestos shortly after moving into our first home and contacted Supernova for a quote on 2 April. Chris called back very shortly after to discuss our concerns, provide some helpful advice on our options, and let us know their recommended approach, cost, and availability. Their online reviews seemed very positive, so we decided to go ahead and the entire process could not have been more seamless. Daniel was able to fit us in the following (bank holiday) Monday and after a stress free but thorough inspection of the property, we received the full report (including sample results) only 8 days after sending our request for a quote. A huge thanks to Chris, Daniel, and the rest of the team for excellent service in what was quite a stressful time.

I've used Supernova a few times now, they are efficient and easy to deal with. I made a booking for a Fire Risk Assessment and Asbestos Survey and they came within 3 days and I had written reports the next working day. I will only use them now as they are head and shoulders better than any of the other companies out there.
