Prompt response from the team when I enquired about an asbestos survey. The survey was scheduled very quickly and I received the report approx 24 hours after the survey.
The asbestos surveyor was knowledgeable and was happy to answer all my questions.

My experience with Supernova; from my first call, subsequent explanation given, timeliness of appointment and the actual visit to take samples of the suspected Asbestos areas in the house was impressive.
At each point of dealing with this company they were friendly whilst being professional; attentively listened and offered advice accordingly but best of all, delivered the report in record timing as our client was on a tight timeline and therefore needed answers quickly to allow them to make decisions.

Reports were provided back to us within a couple of days & they have given us opportunity to make changes to the "RED" areas on FRA, send over proof of change & they will update our report for us! Amazing and the only FRA company we could find that would be able to do this.
