After some research I was confident using NSUK, and I was not disappointed. The service was quick, efficient and competitive in price compared to others I've used, and the report very detailed with photographs and full instructions on what needed to be carried out. I will certainly be using them again on my next project.

We needed an asbestos survey for a water tank and some old ceiling artex throughout the house. The report sent was extremely detailed and contained all the information the bank required. Very good service and the cost was very reasonable. Happy to recommend.

Great job done at my place. It was a quick and professional experience.
Even better - one area was missed for testing (no fault of NSUK) which builders discovered. NSUK returned onsite within 2 days to retest and confirm the presence of low grade asbestos.

Very efficient booking system. My individual circumstances were taken into account. Operator arrived punctually and was very friendly and professional.
I would have given 5 stars had it not been for the price. I think it is very expensive for my situation - a very small entrance lobby to 2 flats which took around 5 minutes to assess. I had assumed from the quote that the whole property was being assessed. It would be good to have a variable price depending on size of area to be assessed and time taken. Even taking into account travel to and from the property, it would translate into an extremely expensive hourly rate.

Answered all questions, there was an initial mix up but convenient dates were arranged. Surveyor called as requested, was very helpful, efficient and explained everything. Reports were very prompt - received same day as payment!
