The people from NSUK I dealt with were efficient and helpful throughout, setting up - then changing to suit us - a time for the survey, checking in from site to see that everything was covered, and producing a very professional report.

Booked a fire risk assessment survey with NSUK, very quick turnaround and reasonable fees. The assessor was very professional and pragmatic and the report was available in 2 working days. Would definitely recommend.

The booking of the survey was very easy and Ashley was very helpful, Aaron who carried out the survey was also very professional and helpful. I received the report promptly. I have however some questions about the report and have tried contacting the support service several times booking myself in for the call back service at a Time slot twice and no one returns the calls. I have also used the ticket service on the support page and again no one responds. I find this very bad service and when I try and call no one can really help me and say that i have to use the online support page. Very disappointed.

Used NSUK for the first time to under take an Asbestos and Fire survey of the commons areas within a block of private residential apartments.
The price was very competitive, booking the appointment was very easy, the surveyor visited site within the time slot agreed and the reports arrived promptly once the invoice was paid.
Only one minor issue was the surveyor didn’t contact us 30 mins prior to his arrival as agreed. This did cause some confusion given this survey was on behalf of the landlord so no one was there to meet him.

Apart from taking a day off work the first time and the man didn’t show up, (someone forgot to schedule me in!) everyone else has been good to deal with. Ashley in particular.

They are professional, personable and flexible to customer requirement, provided an incredibly positive experience, all at a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to recommend NSUK.

It was very easy using NSUK for an asbestos test for my my mother's flat. The whole process was very simple, preofessional and efficient. The people I dealt with were very friendly and knowledgeable and I received the results of test within a couple of days.
