All initial contact with NSUK was very good. An issue occurred on the day of the original survey with the surveyor. NSUK resolved and rescheduled. The surveyor that conducted the survey on the rescheduled visit was extremely thorough and kept me informed and answered any queries I had. Samples were taken of everything I asked for to be checked. A very pleasant chap. Report was issued immediately after payment. Would recommend. Good company.

Was an excellent service, the surveyor was extremely knowledgable and provided good advice. The report received was very clear and detailed. I couldn’t find another surveyor who provided such an extensive service for the price.
