NSUK are very swift and efficient. Good value for money also. Slightly annoyed that they did follow full instructions in getting in contact with me as well as the estate agent before carrying out the examination. However, it is always worth while having piece of mind when purchasing a property knowing that it does not contain asbestos. Having the certificate to prove it is an added bonus.

Survey of our church was comprehensive and pragmatic. Invoice arrived that night with a deadline for payment that could not be met because our church treasurer was on holiday. I explained the situation by email and telephone, which was acceptable to the people I contacted, but I still had a daily reminder by email that payment was overdue. This was explained as part of the system but it was irksome . I await the report once our cheque arrives in the post.

Very pleased I chose NSUK to do my asbestos risk survey, recommended by
my architect son. Efficient quick service which was needed as it was urgent. First port of call was Annabelle, with full explanation followed by the site survey being carried out two days later by a very experienced chap who phoned me 20 mins before arrival so I didn't have to hang around in the empty site. He talked me through the survey on site and then phoned afterwards to report what he found. The report came a couple of days later very detailed. Very happy client.
