Louise was very helpful. The surveyor that came was very respectful and did not intrude. The survey was thorough only problem was it went straight into junk mail so if not arrived in normal email.check junk mail.

Impressed by NSUK's website, I was pleased to find a pleasant and helpful person in Ashley when I made contact by telephone. The testing procedure, reporting timescale and terms and conditions including method of payment were clearly explained and a firm appointment was made and adhered to. Testing was carried out quickly and efficiently with no disruption at all. Happily, the report proved negative and I am now able to proceed in the upgrade of my somewhat outdated central heating system with confidence. Thanks to all concerned for prompt response and resolution to my problem.
